Pistachio Dessert


Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes of 3.4-oz Instant Pistachio Pudding

  • 3 3/4 cups Milk

  • 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts

  • Graham Crackers

  • 1 8-oz tub Whipped Cream

Directions:

Beat pudding and milk on low speed until well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir in nuts. Refrigerate until thick. Fold in whipped cream. Line a 9x13 pan with Graham Crackers then spread 1/3 of the pudding mix over it. Repeat layers. After the third layer of pudding mix, top with cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until crackers are soft, about 6 hours. Enjoy!

Variation: Use Chocolate pudding, beat with 1 cup
