Yummy Pineapple Cake
Ingredients:
Cake:
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 20-oz. can of crushed pineapple
(with juice)
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
Topping:
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 8-oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all
ingredients for cake and pour into ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake for 30-35
minutes. Mix topping and spread on cooled cake.
