Mandarin Orange Cake


Ingredients:

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix

  • 1 can 11-oz Mandarin Orange (w/juice)

  • 4 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup Oil

  • 1 large can Crushed Pineapple (w/ juice)

  • 1 small box Vanilla Pudding

  • 1 9-oz tub Cool Whip

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-in cake pans. Bake for 25 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. Frosting - Combine Pineapple and pudding, mix well, fold in Cool Whip. Spread between layers, top and sides of cake. Enjoy!
