Italian Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Water

1 cup Uncooked Rice

1 can 14 1/2 oz
Tomatoes (Diced and Undrained)

1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese,
Cubed

1/4 cup Finely Chopped
Onions

1 1/2 tsp Italian
Seasoning

4 Chicken Breast, Cubed

2/3 cup Grated Parmesan
Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir water, rice, tomatoes, cubed cheese,
onions and seasoning together and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Top with
chicken, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 45-50 minutes or until
chicken is done. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
