Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:

1 package (2 lbs) Frozen
Hash Browns

1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of
Celery

1 cup Sour Cream

2 cups (12-oz) Shredded
Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Chopped Onions

1 can (6-oz) French Fried
Onions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream of celery and sour cream. Mix
well then stir in cheese and chopped onions. Add hash browns, mix well.
Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 70 minutes or until top is golden
brown. Top with fried onions and bake an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
This casserole can be mixed up the night before and baked in the morning.
