Gourmet Curried Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:

1 can condensed Cheddar
Cheese Soup

1 can condensed Cream of
Chicken

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

4 Tbsp. Curry

2 boxes 10-oz Frozen
Broccoli (thawed)

1 can 13-oz Chicken Breast
(drained)

Bread Crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, mix soups, mayonnaise and curry. In an 8x8
pan, layer pan with broccoli then top with chicken pieces. Pour soup mixture
evenly over broccoli and chicken, then top with bread crumbs. Bake for 40
minutes or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
You may want to try doubling this recipe and use a 9x13 pan. You can use
more or less curry depending on how spicy you like the dish.
