Fried Rice


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Bacon, chopped

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced

  • 3 cups Cooked Rice (Cold)

  • 1 14.5-oz can Mixed Vegetable (drain well)

  • A Splash of Soy Sauce

  • 2 Eggs

  • Salt

Directions:

Fry garlic and bacon until crisp. Add rice and soy sauce, mix well. Make a well in the middle, add eggs and scramble. Once eggs are done, mix in the rice. Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. Enjoy!
