Eugene's Cheese Strudel
Ingredients:
- 2 8-oz Pkg Refrigerated Crescent
Dinner Rolls
- 1 Cup Sugar & 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 8-oz Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 stick Margarine
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar, add vanilla. Unroll 1 package crescent
roll onto a 9x13 pan. Spread cream cheese mixture. Unroll 2nd package of
crescent roll over cheese mixture. Melt margarine and pour on top. Mix
cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. Enjoy!
