Chicken Cacciatore
Ingredients:

1 box 6-oz Stove Top Stuffing

1 2/3 cups Hot Water

1 1/2 pounds Boneless Chicken
Breast

(Cut into bite sizes)

1 16-oz Bag Frozen Peppers & Onions

(Thawed and drained)

1 26-30–oz Jar of Spaghetti Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix hot
water and stuffing. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Mix vegetables and chicken
and layer onto the bottom of the pan. Pour spaghetti sauce evenly over it.
Top with stuffing. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
(Great with garlic bread or over a bed
of hot cooked spaghetti!) Enjoy!
