Jean's Yummy Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
- Half the Liquid from the Whole Kernel
Corn
- 5 oz. Sour Cream
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 8-oz. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 3 tablespoonss Sugar (additional)
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients, then stir in muffin mix. Pour into 9x13 pan.
Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with remaining sugar.
