Jean's Yummy Corn Pudding


Ingredients:

  • 1 can Creamed Corn
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
  • Half the Liquid from the Whole Kernel Corn
  • 5 oz. Sour Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1  8-oz. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 3 tablespoonss Sugar (additional)

Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients, then stir in muffin mix. Pour into 9x13 pan. Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with remaining sugar.
